The HYP18 hydraulic power pack is mainly composed of gear pump, hydraulic valve, hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic oil tank.
① Gear pump: The gear pump is the power source of the 18HP hydraulic power pack. It converts mechanical energy into hydraulic energy through mechanical means. The working principle of the gear pump is to use the rotation of the impeller to suck the liquid into the pump chamber, and then push the liquid out through the pressure, thereby forming a certain pressure.
②Hydraulic valve: Hydraulic valve is a device that controls the flow and pressure of liquid in a hydraulic system. It adjusts the flow and pressure of liquid according to the input of control signals to realize various functions of the hydraulic system.
③Hydraulic cylinder: The hydraulic cylinder is the actuator of the hydraulic power pack.
